We place genuine care into every part of the process, so your work and your interests are protected, and so you can operate within a framework of safety, rigour and respect.

artworks are living assets.
They should generate movement on their own: visibility, context, opportunity and, when possible, income. But also something less common: cultural circulation through custody and loan. An artwork can generate attention, value, or both (but it rarely does so without structure).
Spain Passion does not sell your works and does not intervene in the market. We are not a marketplace.
What we do is enable circulation through the tools available to us as a non-profit institution: custody, narrative framing, mediation, and connection with spaces, collectors and institutions.
Validated artwork
Every artwork goes through a review and validation process.
We are curators with decades of experience working with artists and cultural institutions. We take classification and evaluation seriously. Before proposing any work, we assess its condition, its formal and semantic quality, and your trajectory as an artist.
Our commitment is that the selected works become the foundation we need to grow together: as creators, as a community, and as a cultural ecosystem.
What you gain
Visibility with a curatorial frame
Your work is presented within a coherent narrative (not as isolated thumbnails). We build context, selections and pathways that make your practice legible to professionals.
Circulation without losing ownership
Your work can enter custody, loans, exhibitions and international projects while remaining yours. You keep the right to withdraw works as long as there is no active contract.
Real professional validation
Every artwork goes through curatorial review: condition, formal and semantic quality, and the artist’s trajectory. Only works able to sustain the ecosystem circulate.
Clear procedures
(so you can breathe)
Condition reports, loan or consignment agreements, packing lists, acknowledgements of receipt, traceability and return management are part of the system (not an afterthought).
Recurring liquidity without pressure to sell
When a custody agreement includes a hosting fee, artists receive a monthly compensation linked to the artwork’s value and the terms of the placement. This creates flow without forcing a sale (and without compromising ownership).
Structural peace of mind
Before a work leaves your studio, you know where it goes, how it will be used and when it returns. Insurance cover applies in transit and throughout the agreed custody, loan or exhibition period (as specified in the contract), and any sale only happens if you choose to proceed.
What we do with your artwork
Preserve and activate (without owning your work)
Spain Passion exists to preserve and activate Spanish contemporary artworks within a rigorous, ethical framework. We are not a marketplace and we do not trade your work. We create conditions for circulation: custody, loans, exhibitions, and professional mediation.
You keep the final word
Every custody, loan, exhibition, or external proposal is discussed with you first. If a project is not clear, it is not activated. Your authorship and your control remain intact.

Review and documentation
Before any work enters the system, we review it carefully. We assess condition, formal and semantic quality, and alignment with the curatorial framework. We document the piece and build the context required to present it professionally.
Cultural custody (spaces, organisations, collectors)
We promote a culture of patronage and responsible circulation through time-based cultural custody. Works from the living collection can be hosted by companies, organisations and collectors for defined periods (agreed in advance), under clear conditions of care, visibility, and return.
Exhibitions and cultural projects (Spain and international)
We develop curatorial proposals, collaborations and circulation projects with institutions, spaces and galleries. Whenever a work travels, the process is traceable: logistics, insurance, and condition checks before and after each activation (according to the needs of the project).
Galleries as allies (without losing control)
We see galleries as a fundamental part of a healthy ecosystem. Spain Passion does not set prices or negotiate on your behalf. Our role is to structure and safeguard the process so that any external interest becomes a clear proposal (with your explicit approval at every step).
If a sale does not happen, the artwork returns to the living collection (or to you), as agreed.
