From the studio to the exhibition, and safely back again: Spain Passion looks after every stage of an artwork’s journey, for artists, galleries, collectors and institutions.

We bring curating, documentation and fine-art logistics together, with clear procedures, specialised partners and open communication, so that each project moves with care and legal certainty.

Every collaboration starts by listening: we learn what each artist or partner needs, and build the project around it.

What we do

Recording and cataloguing of artworks​

Every work that joins the collection is recorded in full: condition, authorship, images, technical data and ownership. It stays with its owner until a movement is signed, and traceability starts on day one.

02.

Curatorial development

We conceive and curate exhibitions and projects: selecting works, shaping the narrative and coordinating with venues and institutions, always in dialogue with each artist’s practice.

03.

Documentation and certificates

We prepare every paper a work needs to travel and be shown: condition reports, loan and consignment agreements, packing lists and receipts.

04.

Dissemination and visibility

Art is made to be seen, not stored. We place works in exhibitions and projects, and produce digital and printed catalogues with professional designers and editors.

05.

Insurance procedures

No work moves without fine-art insurance for each situation (storage, transport or exhibition), nail to nail, held by one of the signing parties and named in the agreement, so that cover and responsibilities are clear from the start.

06.

Transport and handling

We plan every move with specialised fine-art handlers and our logistics partner, AM Cargo, by road, sea and air: packing, handling, customs and installation, according to the nature of each work.

07.

Return management

When a project ends, we bring the works safely back to the artist, gallery or collector, within the agreed dates and conditions.

Traceability and information

Artists and owners always know where their works are and in what condition. Every movement is backed by documents and a signed receipt.

09.

Exhibitions / Residencies

With institutions and spaces we develop exhibitions and artist residencies that connect practices, places and audiences.

Legal commitment

Every work that circulates through Spain Passion is covered by agreements signed by those who hand it over and those who receive it, setting out responsibilities, insurance, locations, dates and return conditions. Spain Passion coordinates and keeps the record; the responsibility lies with those who sign.

Any company, gallery or collector holding works within our projects commits to caring for them and returning them to the artist on the agreed terms. Transparency, documentation and respect for authorship are the ground we stand on.
