Reception and cataloguing of artworks​

We receive artworks under controlled conditions and create a clear record of each piece: condition, authorship, images, technical data and ownership. This first step guarantees traceability and correct handling from the very beginning.

Curatorial development

We design and curate exhibitions and projects, selecting works, defining narratives and coordinating with venues and institutions. Our approach is collaborative and respectful of each artist’s practice and context.

03.

Documentation and certificates

We prepare and manage the necessary documentation for circulation and presentation of artworks: condition reports, loan or consignment agreements, packing lists and supporting records.

04.

Dissemination and visibility

We work to give artworks life beyond storage. This includes exhibitions, participation in projects and the creation of digital or printed catalogues in collaboration with professional designers and editors.

05.

Insurance procedures

We coordinate fine-art insurance adapted to each situation (storage, transport, exhibition), ensuring appropriate coverage and clarity regarding responsibilities and risk.

Transport and handling

We collaborate with specialised fine-art transport companies for packing, movement and installation. Every journey is planned according to the nature of the works involved.

07.

Return management

At the end of each project we manage the safe return of the artworks to the artist, gallery or collector, respecting the agreed deadlines and conditions.

Traceability and information

Artists and depositors are kept informed at all times about where their works are and under what conditions. Each movement is supported by documentation and acknowledgement of receipt.

Exhibitions / Residencies

We collaborate with institutions and spaces to develop exhibitions and artist residencies, connecting practices, contexts and audiences in meaningful ways.

Legal commitment

All artworks entrusted to Spain Passion are covered by signed delivery notes and agreements that define responsibilities, locations, time frames and return conditions.

Any company, gallery or collector holding artworks within our projects commits to their proper care and to returning them to the artist under the agreed terms. Transparency, documentation and respect for authorship are the basis of our work.
