- As part of the process, we request a list of available works together with the artist’s updated CV and a link to their digital catalogue or portfolio. This allows us to understand the trajectory of each artist and to assess the relevance and availability of the works.
- Before any final deposit or custody agreement is formalised, the selected pieces are physically reviewed by a qualified professional. Condition, presentation and technical aspects are assessed so that insurance, transport and exhibition handling can be managed safely and appropriately.
- The process concludes with the physical verification and professional documentation of the works, ensuring that every piece is correctly identified, photographed and prepared for circulation in institutional and gallery contexts.
